St Marys Gets Gold and Silver
Emporia - Sarah Wise was as giddy as a school girl, and why not? Her team had just won a state title. The St. Marys softball team beat Udall 6-1 at Trussler Sports Complex to capture a title in Wise's second year at the helm for the Lady Bears. At Soden's Grove, the St. Marys boys were not as lucky, as St Marys-Colgan won the championship game 10-0 in 5 innings. Click on the video for more.
