Topeka - The Highland Park Scots aren't perfect, but their season might as well have been. At least that's what the HP players said after steam rolling Bishop Carroll in the 5A title game, 64-39. Sophomore Rico Richardson lead the way with 29 points in the Scots second straight title win. Last year Hi Park went 25-and-0. This year Ken Darting's boys went 24-and-1, with their only loss coming to 4A champs Hayden on the road.

In the girls contest, the McPherson dynasty continued to add to it's legend. The Bullpups took down the Carroll Eagles 61-53.
