I've talked before about the effort to turn enviromental regulation over to the companies regulated. That's what legislative leaders are trying to do with a variety of legislation. Haven't we seen enough examples lately of how letting the same people creating problems regulate themselves doesn't work? If you agree, then here is one step you can take.
