A federal jury in Kansas City, Kansas, begins hearing the retrial of two Westar Energy executives accused of looting the company for millions of dollars.

Tuesday, Judge Julie Robinson reads instructions to the jury, then closing arguments begin. Eight weeks of testimony wrapped up last week.
