Oscar Garza, 41, has been charged with two counts of Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child Under the Age of 14, an Off Grid Person Felony, and four counts of Aggravated Indecent Liberties With a Child Between the Ages of 14 and 16, a Level 4 person felony.

The Shawnee County District Attorney's office reports these offenses occurred in the 3500 block of SW 29th St. between February of 2007 and January of 2008 and involved two different children.

Garza has been in custody in Shawnee County Department of Corrections on a bond requested by the District Attorney in the amount of $250,000 with professional surety.
