Americus Man Guilty of Sexual Abuse
A 62-year-old Americus man has been found guilty by a Sedgwick County jury of sexually abusing a young girl.

A 62-year-old Americus man has been found guilty by a Sedgwick County jury of sexually abusing a young girl.

It was the second such conviction in five years for Kenneth Waddell.

He was found guilty friday night of eight counts of abuse, including two counts of child rape.

A 2003 conviction for those crimes had been overturned by the kansas supreme court.
