The child sex re-trial of a lyon county man has a new date and location.

More than four years ago a Lyon County jury convicted Kenneth Waddell of molesting a girl.

That decision was overturned by the Kansas Court of Appeals.

Our radio partner KVOE reports waddell's trial was supposed to begin Tuesday, but a Lyon County judge moved the trial citing the jury pool's knowledge of the case.
