Wichita police say a security guard tasered a man who had been masturbating in the downtown Wichita library on Tuesday. The guard and a librarian say the man threatened them with a straight-edged knife.

The librarian saw the 58-year-old man masturbating behind some shelves at the downtown Wichita Library. When the librarian approached the man, he pulled out a straight-edged knife and security was called. He was ordered to drop the knife by security, didn't comply and was tased.

He was arrested and booked on Lewd & Lascivious Behavior, Agg. Assault and Indecent Exposure.
