An investigation in the Reno County town of Buhler leads to two search warrants being served Thursday. One was at Buhler High School. The other was at the home of a staff member.

Buhler Police, the Reno County Sheriff's Department and an exploited and missing child unit executed a search warrant for a classroom in the high school and at a nearby home.

Officers wouldn't say what or who the investigation involves. The superintendent will only say it involves someone who works at the school.

"We have a lot of faith in the professional and we will assist the authorities in completing their work," said David Brax, Superintendent of U.S.D. 313.

Officers spent nearly 3 hours searching the home and school. The superintendent said the staff member the investigation involves is on leave at this time.
