Job requirements include:
•Guide individuals served toward their desired goals through the assessment of needs, the planning of needed services, and by the ongoing monitoring and evaluating of the effectiveness of the services provided.
•Supervision of team members including recruitment and selection, conducting performance evaluations and day to day operational oversight.
Additional requirements include:
•Four year degree in Human Services preferred; two years of supervision experience may equal one year of education.
•Minimum of two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required.
•Must have and maintain a valid Kansas Driver’s License as well as a satisfactory driving record.
TARC conducts background screenings as well as post offer, pre-employment and random drug testing.
