Beginning Monday, July 28 through Friday, August 1, Shawnee County Election Office hours will be extended from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for those who wish to vote in advance.
The office will not be open Saturday or Sunday.
Voters may still call the office and have an application for advance voting mailed to them. It is also possible to download an application for advance voting from the county website. After printing off the application, filling it out and signing it, it may be faxed to the election office at (785) 266-0299.
Friday, August 1 will be the last day to apply for ballots to be mailed out.
Monday, August 4 at noon is the deadline for advance voters to vote in person in the Shawnee County Election Office.
Riley County Election Office hours for advance voting Saturday, July 16 and August 2 are 8:00 a.m. - noon; July 28- August 1 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; and Monday, August 4 8:00 a.m. - noon. Vote at the Riley County Office Building on the 2nd floor.
