From the Shawnee County Commissioner of Elections
There are 110,240 registered voters in Shawnee Co.

Shawnee County Election Commissioner Andrew Howell would like to announce that he is expecting a 17% voter turnout in the General Election being held tomorrow, April 2nd.

The Election Commissioner’s prediction of a lower than average turnout is due to the lower number of advance voters compared to previous years. The expected turnout compares to 2011 which had a 11.8% turnout and 2009 which had a 23.5% turnout.

Voters who have questions regarding their district or polling place may call the Election Office at 266-0285 or visit our website at www.snco.us/election.
