The Executive Director of the Kansas Republican Party Christian Morgan attacked Gov. Kathleen Sebelius Tuesday over her endorsement of Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Barack Obama, accusing her of seeking the national spotlight "at the expense of the people of Kansas."
"This is just another example of how the Governor is out of touch with the views of everyday Kansans," Morgan said. "Endorsing a liberal like Barak (sic) Obama does nothing for Kansas."
Morgan added that he wished Gov. Sebelius would "pay attention to Kansas again" and deal with what he calls the "tremendous loss of jobs and the increasing fiscal difficulties facing this state."
"A tax, spend and retreat liberal from Kansas endorsing a tax, spend and retreat liberal from Washington, no surprise," he concluded.
