OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (AP) _ Overland Park-based YRC Worldwide says it swung to a fourth-quarter and annual loss.

The nation's largest less-than-truckload hauler said Monday it was hurt by the diminishing value of some of its companies and other one-time charges.

YRC reported a loss of $12.99 per share during the three months ending December 31st compared with profits of 80 cents per share in
the year-ago period.

For the full year, the company said it lost $11.17 per share compared with profits of $4.74 per share a year ago.
