CALGARY, Alberta (WIBW) -- Christmas came a bit early for passengers on two WestJet flights.
The Canadian airline set up giant gift box complete with its own digital Santa in airports in Toronto, welcoming weary fliers and asking what they want for Christmas.
Unbeknownst to them, a team of WestJet employees were eavesdropping and 150 of them set about to make their holiday dream come true.
With only the time it takes to fly from Ontario to Calgary, the WestJet "elves" raced to round up all of the gifts and get them wrapped before the flights landed. And, when the passengers went to pick up their bags, the magic began...
