Authorities said there were about 60 people were on board. There is no report of fatalities.
Eighteen 18 people were hurt, six seriously.
The accident occurred on an Interstate 80 Eastbound exit ramp onto Route 46. The bus, a charter out of Toronto, was headed to New York City.
Three passengers had to be rescued because they got trapped in the bus' window framing.
There is no word yet on the cause of the crash. Investigators said the accident was on the exit ramp, so they believe the bus was slowing down before it overturned.
The Interstate remains open but traffic delays are expected.
