(AP)-- Police are searching for the newlywed husband of a woman whose body was found stabbed and clothed in the silver sequin cocktail dress she wore at her wedding reception.
Police in the Chicago suburb of Burbank said Tuesday they are searching for 30-year-old Arnoldo Jimenez on a first-degree murder warrant.
Jimenez and 26-year-old Estrella Carrera were married Friday at Chicago's city hall. They had dinner with friends and a restaurant, then took a limo to a nightclub. They were last seen around 4 a.m. Saturday.
Her body was found Sunday afternoon in the bathtub of her apartment in Burbank. Police said there were no signs of forced entry at her condo.
An autopsy Monday found Carrera died of multiple stab wounds. The Cook County medical examiner's office ruled the death a homicide. Carrera left behind two children, ages 8 and 2.
CBS News affiliate WBBM in Chicago reports Carrera was supposed to pick up her children from relatives on Saturday, but she never did, and relatives asked police for a well-being check, leading to the discovery of her dead body Sunday afternoon.
