(CNN) - It's 44 and 42, part two.

Former President Bill Clinton will lend President Barack Obama some additional fund-raising star power in early June at the second of three fund-raisers the two agreed to jointly headline, the campaign said in a Monday email to supporters.

Obama's campaign is raffling tickets to the June 4th New York City event in a contest similar to one that brought a low-dollar supporter to a high-price Obama fund-raiser at the home of movie star George Clooney in early May.

The first Obama-Clinton fund-raiser took place in late April at the Virginia home of former Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe. The campaign said in early April that the two presidents would hold a series of three fund-raisers together.

Obama and his allies raised $43.6 million in April, the most recent month for which numbers were released. GOP candidate Mitt Romney and his allies brought in $40.1 million that month.
