TOPEKA, KAN (WIBW)--The state says computer upgrades are on schedule and motor vehicle tag renewal should resume on Tuesday.
The Department of Revenue is undergoing a week long installation of new motor vehicle system equipment approved by the Kansas legislature in 2009.
Revenue department officials say the new system will make filing paperwork much more efficient.
