(CNN) -- Police were investigating a possible homicide at Churchill Downs on Sunday, one day after the storied Louisville racetrack hosted the Kentucky Derby.
Someone discovered the body of a Hispanic man in a barn on the racetrack grounds around 5 a.m., police spokeswoman Alicia Smiley said. She said police suspect foul play, but said investigators will not know a cause of death until an autopsy is completed on Monday.
Operations at the racetrack will continue normally on Sunday, Churchill Downs spokesman John Asher said. No races are scheduled at the track for three more days, but cleanup from Saturday's race will continue and the racetrack museum will be open, he said.
