SUMMERLAND, Cal. (KCBS)- The dramatic rescue of a horse off the Santa Barbara coast was caught on camera Wednesday.
The Coast Guard and harbor patrol had to "reign" in a horse that swam more than two and a half miles out to sea.
It happened around 6:30 p.m. when the horse got spooked during a photo shoot on the beach in Summerland.
