The Ness County Attorney does plan to file charges against the boyfriend of a woman who sat on his toilet for so long her body stuck to the seat.
Ness County sheriff Bryan Whipple asked County Attorney Craig Crosswhite to file charges against Kory McFarren for mistreatment of a dependent adult.
The woman was found after living in Mc-farren's bathroom for 2 years.
Crosswhite says she is being treated at a Wichita facility for life-threatening conditions.
Mc-farren says he did nothing wrong.
Crosswhite says he intends to "file the necessary legal proceedings, however, the investigation is still open."
He also said he will consult the Attorney General's office on the nature and extent of possible charges that can be pursued.
