Schools Receive $2.5 Million Grant To Improve Student Success

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Three area schools have received $2.5 million in grants.

Quincy, Ross, and Scott Dual Language Elementary Schools will use the money to improve student achievement.

The money will support several activities in all the schools, including implementing more technology, going on additional field trips, and adding contract days for teachers.

The three schools were designated as priority schools by the Kansas State Department of Education.
