TOPEKA, Kan -- (WIBW) Police officers responded to a drive by shooting in the area of 13th and Harrison around 1:00 a.m. Thursday morning.
Upon arrival officers found that 313 Southwest 13th had been struck several times by gunfire.
Officers discovered male victim with a minor non-life threatening gunshot wound inside the home.
The man was treated at the scene and released.
No suspect or vehicle information was available as of 2:30 Thursday morning. Anyone with information are asked to contact crime stoppers at 234-0007.
