First Winter Storm Over, Round Two Tuesday

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) After a mostly dry second half of January, the last day of the month into the first day of February produced a couple inches of snow across northeast Kansas. Most spots received 1-3" of snow with some spots seeing as much as 5"

This was the first of 3 snow storms expected to pass through northeast Kansas in a span of a week. The next one will arrive Monday night through Wednesday morning. The latest computer models produce heavy snow at times with many spots potentially getting at least 6" and wind gusts around 30 mph Tuesday night. This will be watched closely with blizzard conditions a strong possibility. The third one will arrive Friday and last into Saturday.
