Kansas Man Convicted of Killing His Wife

TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) _ At one time, Martin Miller was a leader of
his church and a Christian school.

Now the 48-year-old is a convicted murderer who won't getting out of prison anytime soon.

The Kansas Supreme Court yesterday upheld his life sentence for
killing his wife in 2004 so he could have relationships with other
women.
