SALINA, Kan. (AP) _ The state health department has yanked the child care license of a 32-year-old Salina woman arrested this week on drug charges. Police say drugs and paraphernalia were found in Lisa Maas-Bogart's car in the driveway of her home Wednesday morning. At the time, she was caring for her child and nine others at Laugh 'N Learn Day Care in her home.
