NEOSHO, Mo. (AP) _ A southwest Missouri man is accused of offering another man 100-dollars to kill his ex-wife's aunt and uncle. Newton County deputies say 54-year-old Thomas Kemp of Neosho is jailed on a charge of conspiracy to commit murder. The would-be hit man called police after Kemp gave him a rifle and a 20-dollar down payment for the job.
