Fifty military officers from 48 nation will visit Topeka Friday.
They are visiting to get an overview of state politics and history.
The annual visit exposes the officers to Kansas U.S. political system and the state's history and they tour the statehouse and talk with Kansas political leaders.
The officers are enrolled in a one-year study at the command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth.
The officers will arrive at Memorial Hall at 8 a.m. Brig. Ge. Deborah Rose, Director of the Joint Forces Headquarters Kansas, Kansas National Guard, will address the officers at 8:30 a.m.
Sectary of State Ron Thornburgh will also speak about Kansas state government.
