Missouri Commissioner Accused of Soliciting Prostitute

Eminence, Mo. (AP) The presiding commissioner in a southeast Missouri county is accused of soliciting a prostitute. Authorities say Reynolds County Commissioner Donald Barnes suffered a stab wound in the May 19th encounter in nearby Shannon County. Barnes is scheduled for arraignment August seventh. He has served Reynolds County for more than 25 years.
