The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office is trying to identify two females that were reported to have been at the Manhattan Animal Shelter the day before three puppies went missing.
The theft was a three month female Pit Bull, two 6 week female Pit Bull/rottweiler mix and one female lab puppy.
These unknown females showed an interest in the dogs and were upset they could not adopt them.
One female is described as a white 5-6 to 5-8 inches tall, long brown hair, medium build, olive complexion with slight east coast accent and in mid 20's.
The second suspect is described as a white female heavy set 5-6 inches tall, fair complexion and in mid 20's.
