We want to hear about your vision for the Capitol City and where you think the community is heading. To help mark Heartland Visioning's first anniversary, WIBW is asking you to let us know where you think the City of Topeka is headed and what can make it stronger. Each essay must be 200 words or fewer and will be divided into to four age groups, twelve & under, teens, college, and young professionals.
Later this month, three finalists will be chosen by our judges from which you will be able to vote on a winner. The winner will be able to turn their essay into a video which we will post in order to help commerorate Heartland Visioning's anniversary.
