The crowd was rocking out on the south grounds of the Kansas Capitol at noon time today.
Flashback kicked off the Brownbag Concert which is held by the Topeka Parks and Rec during the summer on Thursdays.
There was sun and shade for the choosing as blankets and chairs were spread through out the Capitol lawn.
