Fort Riley Soldier Killed in Iraq

The Pentagon has disclosed the death of a Fort Riley soldier in Iraq. The Army says 43-year-old Master Sgt. Anthony Davis of Deerfield, Fla., died Monday after being shot by an Iraqi Security Force soldier.

Davis was conducting a humanitarian food drop when he was shot. He was assigned to the Fort Riley-based Military Transition Team.
