10-Year-Old Kansas Girl Dies In RTV Accident

The Leavenworth County Sheriff's office says 10-year old Shelbee Heim was driving a four-wheel vehicle on a dirt path next to a pond Thursday evening when it dropped off the pond edge and rolled onto the driver's side, trapping Shelbee under water.
