Heavy Rains Wash Out Manhattan Detour

Posted: 05/27/2008 - Overnight rains washed out a dirt detour road on Anderson Avenue, about a mile east of Keats. Anderson will be closed until it's fixed, which may not be until Wednesday morning. Drivers can use Highways 24 and 77 and local roads to get around the closure.
