AMBER ALERT has ended: 2-Year-Old Jewell Twins Found Safe

Updated: 09/26/2008 - An Amber Alert that was issued for Jesse and Hayley Jewell, twin 2-year-olds who were last seen in Ottawa, Kansas has ended Friday night. Their mother, Julie Ann Makepeace Age 32 is suspected of taking the kids. Authorities recovered the vehicle they believe she was driving Friday night in Wellsville.
