Man Charged with Teen's Murder

Updated: 10/16/2008 - Deon Ross, 24, has been booked into Shawnee County Jail and charged with first degree murder. He was apprehended Tuesday as a suspect in the murder of 18 year old Alheli Alcantara. Alcantara was found dead behind a Manhattan hotel Sunday morning.
