Man Gets Over 10 Years For Wichita City Hall 'music' Crash

Posted: 05/22/2009 - A man has been sentenced to more than 10 years in prison for driving his car through Wichita's City Hall. Marcus Johnson, 33, also was ordered Wednesday to pay $142,000 in restitution. He pleaded no contest to criminal damage to property, making a criminal threat, and battery of a law enforcement officer.
