TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - An accident Wednesday night sent a Topeka woman to the hospital.
It happened just after 7:30 pm on SW 21st Street between Pembroke and Oakley, near Kansas Neurological Institute.
Topeka Police say a woman crossed the center line, went through a wooden fence and hit a utility pole. Westar Energy crews were called in to fix damage to the pole.
The woman suffered minor injuries.
