TOPEKA, Kan (WIBW)__A woman had to be cut from her car when police say another driver ran a red light Monday afternoon
It happened around 3:30 p.m. at 470 and 21st street. Police say the person who ran the light, who is a minor, was headed east on 21st when it smashed into the victim's driver's side door.
Police said injuries were not believed to be life-threatening. She was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
The east-bound on ramp was closed while they cleared the scene.
