A federal Grand Jury has indicted the 58 year-old man accused of plotting to detonate a car bomb at the Wichita Mid-Continent Airport, according to U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom.
Terry Loewen faces charges of attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction, attempting to damage property by means of an explosive, and attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization.
If convicted, he could face life in prison for the mass destruction charge and up to 20 years and 15 years for the explosive and support charges respectively.
