Water Main Break At 17th And Medford

Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) - Roads have been reopened around a large water main break that occurred early Sunday morning in Southwest Topeka.

The intersection of 17th and Medford has been reopened in all four directions, Topeka Police said.

A combination of the hot weather, ground swelling and old pipes led to the break on the westbound lane at 17th.
