TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A Topeka water line has broken for a second time, closing part of a road near the Kansas River Thursday.
The City of Topeka says a water line on NE Seward Avenue has broken again in another area. The eastbound lane between Lake Street and Chandler Street is closed to allow equipment room to work. The westbound lane is open to traffic.
The City did not specify how long repairs might take.
