LYON COUNTY, Kan. (WIBW) Lyon County authorities are asking for help as they try to find Miguel Hernandez, 56, He is wanted for violating the Kansas Offender Registration Act and is a registered violent offender.
Lyon County Sheriff Jeff Cope says Hernandez hasn't been reporting as mandated for some time. Hernandez is also wanted by the Kansas Department of Corrections as a parole absconder since March of last year.
Hernandez is 5-feet-7 inches tall, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He also has multiple tattoos, including a teardrop near his left eye and a set of handcuffs on his left forearm. In addition, Hernandez goes by numerous aliases.
Hernandez was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in April 2002.
