WICHITA, Kan. (AP) _ A fourth person has been arrested in connection with a drug-related shooting death in downtown Wichita.
Lt. Todd Ojile said Friday that the latest suspect was arrested Thursday night during a traffic stop.
The Wichita Eagle reports that the man was among multiple suspects linked to the April death of 33-year-old Ronald Betts at an apartment. Police have said that in addition to Betts, a 22-year-old man was hit in the leg and a 29-year-old woman was grazed on the arm by a bullet.
Three men already have been charged in connection with Betts' death. Ojile says detectives will present evidence against the fourth man to the Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office early this coming week.
Police say they continue looking for other suspects in the case.
