Veterans Remember Pearl Harbor

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)__ Many gathered Saturday to remember one of the most tragic moments in history.

VFW Post 1650 held a Pearl Harbor remembrance day. December 7,1941, the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, causing the U.S. to enter WW2.

Today, veterans still gather to remember those lost in the war and attacks.

Veteran Max Baker, who was at Pearl Harbor when the Japanese struck the island, was the guest speaker for the event.
