Underage Drinking Enforcement Efforts Lead To Citations
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A pair of underage drinking law enforcement efforts led to 30 citations.
Safe Streets, Alcoholic Beverage Control and Topeka Police teamed up for the operations November 8th and 10th.
Citations included six for furnishing alcohol to a minor, a dozen minors in possession of alcohol, five transporting open containers and one DUI.
Agents also conducted twelve controlled buys at licensees. Those resulted in three business being cited for selling to minors, Pizagels, Qdoba and Johnny Carinos.
