TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Two young men are still in the hospital following a one-car wreck that killed a Washburn Rural High School student.

Authorities say 19-year-old Hunter Hillmer was driving a car that rolled in the 4700 block of SE 45th Street last week Monday. He and passenger 20-year-old Blake Hanvy suffered serious injuries. Their families are requesting no further information on their conditions be released.

Another passenger, 15-year-old Maddison Naill, was killed.

Shawnee County Sheriff's deputies say they're close to finishing the investigation and will then forward reports to the district attorney's office for review of any possible charges.
