MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- On Friday, March 9, 2012, members of the Riley County Police Department executed a search warrant at 2050 College View Road in Manhattan in reference to the distribution of marijuana. Marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a firearm were among the items seized from the residence.

As a result, the following individuals were arrested:

Phillip William White (21 y/o) of 2050 College View Road in Manhattan, Kansas was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful use of a telecommunication device. He was held at the Riley County Jail in lieu of a $7,000 bond.

David Joshua Pauler (26 y/o) of 2050 College View Road in Manhattan, Kansas was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful use of a telecommunication device. He was held at the Riley County Jail in lieu of a $7,000 bond.

This investigation is still on-going and additional charges are expected.
